One piece straight, the other piece curved, each with one wood armrest (which isn't very comfortable without throw pillows), upholstered in maroon paisley pattern fabric, though it is clean the curved piece smells faintly of cat pee, as cat(s) went through a phase of trying to pee on it whenever owner left town; together with two yellow satin throw pillows and three plain square solid-color throw pillows

Purchased from Green Village Thrift (locally known as Sid's) in Williamsburg in 1996 for $240; the satin throw pillows inherited when the present owner's maternal grandmother passed away in August 1998, handmade by the present owner's great-grandmother; the three plain throw pillows purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond in 1997
